Uniform
Our belief is that school uniform promotes a sense of pride in our school and helps to create a sense of community and belonging.
Our policy is practical, smart and designed with health and safety in mind.
School uniform list:
• Green logo jumper or cardigan
• White polo shirt
• Plain grey trousers or skirt
• All black shoes
• Grey logo book bag
- Green checked or striped summer dresses or plain grey shorts may be worn (weather permitting)
• Headscarves worn for religious reasons should be plain and green, white, grey or black in colour.
PE kit list:
On PE days, pupils are permitted to come to school in their kit. It is vital that pupils have the correct PE kit on their scheduled PE days so they can benefit from PE lessons. Any pupil who does not have their kit with them on the day will be required to wear a spare school provided kit.
• Green logo jumper or cardigan
• Plain white round neck t-shirt (no logos)
- Plain Black jogging pants / shorts/leggings (no logos)
• All black trainers
*For swimming lessons in Year 5, students also require a swimming costume or pair of swimming trunks/shorts and a towel.
Meadow Bank Community School expects all pupils to comply with this uniform policy. Branded school uniform items are available directly from Natasha School Wear, other items can be purchased cost-effectively from local supermarkets.
Jewellery, make-up, false nails and nail extensions are not allowed in school for health and safety reasons and we thank you for your cooperation with this.
School cannot take any responsibility for lost items – please make sure EVERYTHING is labelled.
